At Sairesa, we take great care in crafting and packaging each of our handmade candles and soaps. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (handmade, personal care, and scented items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (e.g., scent selection or design variations).

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item(s)

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your package never arrived (verified by tracking)

To qualify, please:

  1. Contact us within days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable

Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin preparing items quickly to ensure timely delivery. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or scent preference

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders reported missing after 7 days without proof or tracking issues
